My stay at Higgins Inn in Powell River was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Rob Higgins with a warm smile and personalized welcome sign. Despite our early arrival, he insisted we settle into our suite and even helped us with our bags. Rob was incredibly informative about the local area and events, ensuring we had a fantastic stay. The inn itself had a lovely patio and garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. The location was convenient, situated between Saltery Bay and Powell River, and the owners were always accessible and friendly. I would highly recommend Higgins Inn to friends and family, and I would definitely book a suite there again if I return to Powell River.

The rooms were comfy and complete with beautiful balcony, a futon, as for instance, appreciated it. We could enjoy views of the ocean. Location was peaceful, 5 minutes' drive from Mahood Beach.

For the price we paid, we couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a unique and charming design using local wood. The location was perfect, nestled between Saltery Bay and the return ferry, offering a tranquil setting yet still convenient. The staff, particularly Rob, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even went out of his way to accommodate our fishing trip. We felt warmly welcomed and will definitely be returning next summer.

Rob Higgins, the owner, warmly welcomed us with a personalized sign and a smile. He allowed us to check-in early and even helped us with our luggage. The suite was fully equipped, with spacious rooms and a beautiful deck overlooking the ocean. The hanging king size bed/day bed on the deck was a favorite spot for us to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. The inn is also conveniently located just one block away from a fantastic beach, perfect for swimming. Rob was very informative and went out of his way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
